GPA Midstream’s Technical Conference Planning Committee is responsible for planning the association’s annual Technical Conference where the Analysis, Emissions, Facility, Integrity, Measurement and Pipeline committees hold meetings. This committee assists with securing event speakers and selecting papers and topics appropriate to this conference’s audience. Members from this committee also moderate educational sessions during the conference.
Typical Member
Committee members are individuals involved in at least one of the following GPA Midstream technical committees: Analysis, Emissions, Facility, Integrity, Measurement and Pipeline. This committee accepts volunteers with appropriate experience, and members may also be assigned by a GPA Midstream member company.
Benefits of Membership
The committee provides an opportunity for midstream technical professionals to be directly involved in choosing appropriate topics and content and contribute to a successful and well attended conference.
Interaction with other GPA Midstream Committees/Outside Organizations
Committee members work with other technical committees, as well as with the American Gas Association, American Petroleum Institute and the American Society for Testing and Materials.
