GPA Midstream Association and GPSA Association announced results of their annual elections during meetings at the 2025 GPA Midstream Convention in San Antonio.
GPA Midstream Association
GPA Midstream members re-elected existing officers to serve for 2025-26:
- Chair: Greg Floerke, MPLX
- Chair-elect: Bill Johnson, Phillips 66
- Vice Chairs: Tom Dender, Kinder Morgan; Christy Williamson, ONEOK, Angie Murray, Enterprise Products
As provided in GPA Midstream’s bylaws, its board of directors is comprised of each O1 member company and at least 12 other members elected to serve staggered two-year terms. Approximately half the board seats are subject to nomination and election each year. The following companies were elected to serve during the two-year term from the end of the 2025 GPA Midstream Convention through the end of the 2027 Convention

GPSA’s officers for 2025-26 include:

As provided in GPSA’s bylaws, its board of directors consists of approximately 10% of its membership as nominated from districts, proportional to the number of members in each district. Like GPA Midstream, GPSA board members serve staggered two-year terms with approximately half nominated and elected each year. The following were elected by a vote of the membership to the GPSA board of directors for the two-year term ending in 2027:
