GPA Midstream’s Executive Committee is a closed group that exercises the authority of the GPA Midstream board of directors when the board is not in session.
The GPA Midstream chair of the board leads this committee. Other members include the GPA Midstream chair-elect, the three vice chairs, the immediate past GPA Midstream chair, and five GPA Midstream member company representatives who are not officers and are appointed by the GPA Midstream chair. GPA Midstream’s president is also a member of this committee.
