The GPSA Executive and Finance Committee is a closed group that exercises the authority of the GPSA board of directors when the board is not in session. The committee is comprised of officers of the Board of Directors (President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President and 3rd Vice President), the immediate past President of the Board of Directors, and up to six additional GPSA member company representatives who are not officers and are appointed by the GPSA President.
