The Process Safety Subcommittee reports to the Personal and Process Safety Committee. This subcommittee provides oversight for the GPA Midstream process safety program by promoting safe operating practices, identifying, and managing process risks, and supporting continuous improvement.

The committee serves as a cross-functional forum where members review process safety performance, evaluate incidents and near misses, monitor compliance with applicable standards, and recommend actions to strengthen risk management. Through collaboration, education, and proactive planning, the committee helps foster a culture in which process safety is an integral part of every operation.

Typical Member

A typical Process Safety Subcommittee participant is an employee of a GPA Midstream or GPSA member company with experience in operations, engineering, maintenance, environmental health and safety (EHS), quality, or other technical disciplines.
