GPA Midstream Convention Overview
The GPA Midstream Convention is an annual, midstream‑focused event that brings together industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and exchange insights on the most important topics shaping the midstream sector. The convention serves as a premier forum for sharing knowledge, exploring emerging trends, and fostering meaningful professional relationships across the industry.
Attendance at the GPA Midstream Convention has grown steadily over the years, reflecting its increasing value and relevance to the midstream community. In 2025, the event welcomed more than 1,800 attendees, marking one of the largest and most successful gatherings to date.
The convention engages professionals at every stage of their careers, from entry‑level engineers and early‑career professionals to seasoned technical experts and executive leadership, including CEOs. Things You Should Know
When/How Can I Sign Up to be a Sponsor?
Registration for all sponsorship opportunities will open on April 29, 2026, at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning payment is required to secure your sponsorship. Please complete the online sign-up form located here beginning on April 29: Become a Sponsor (midstreamassociation.org) For opportunities priced at more than $2,500, companies have the option of paying a 50% deposit to secure those opportunities. Please note that checks and purchase orders mailed prior to the April 29 opening date will not guarantee an opportunity for any company and will be returned.
Sponsor Name/Logo Recognition
GPA Midstream handles company name and logo recognition according to each company’s cumulative sponsorship spend based on the following levels: $500 – $750, $1,000 and up, $1,500 and up, $2,000 and up. For details, scroll to the Sponsorship Recognitions by Spend section for additional details. Note that hospitalities are handled differently, so this section does not apply to hospitality spends. “Maximum Available”
Each opportunity has a “Maximum Available” section to advise as to how many sponsors there can be for that particular option. If only one opportunity is available, it is labeled “Exclusive”. “Currently Available” advises sponsors how many units are unsold for that particular option.
“The Fine Print” and “Associated Deadlines”
Every opportunity also has sections called “The Fine Print” and “Associated Deadlines.” Please review “The Fine Print” carefully to learn about requirements and restrictions specific to each sponsorship and exhibit option. The “Associated Deadlines” section applies once a company has secured that particular opportunity, so GPA Midstream encourages you to put those deadline reminders on your calendar so an opportunity for exposure isn’t missed.
