GPA Midstream congratulates recipients of midstream industry awards for their outstanding safety records in 2025.

“Safety is a top priority for midstream operators,” said Sarah Miller, President and CEO of GPA Midstream. “These annual awards reflect the emphasis GPA Midstream members place on people, communities, and the environment, and their commitment to continuous improvement.”

GPA Midstream recognizes top 2025 safety performances for companies based in the U.S. within four divisions, which are based on company size, as determined by total operational work hours.

Division I | 1 million or more midstream operational work hours

  • 1st place, Enterprise Products Operating LP
  • 2nd place, MPLX NG & NGLs

Division II | 200,000 to 999,999 midstream operational work hours

United States
  • 1st place, Harvest Midstream Company
  • 2nd place, Howard Energy Partners

Division III | 50,000 to 199,999 midstream operational work hours

United States
  • 1st place, Red Cedar Gathering
  • 2nd place, Iron Horse Midstream, LLC

Division IV | less than 50,000 midstream operational work hours

United States
  • 1st place, Carrera Gas Companies, LLC
  • 2nd place, Stonehenge Energy Resources II, L.P.

Chair’s Award for Safety Improvement

GPA Midstream recognizes companies that made notable improvements to their safety performance over previous years. Honored for 2025:

Perfect Record Awards

In 2025, eight member companies earned the GPA Midstream Perfect Record Award by sustaining no lost-time accidents. Those companies are:

No Facility Safety Awards were presented for 2025 as the GPA Midstream Personal and Process Safety Committee works to update the criteria for future awards.
