GPA Midstream applauds the U.S. House of Representatives for passing the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” an important initial legislative step to ensure American energy dominance. For America’s midstream companies that make up the GPA Midstream membership, the House took appropriate action for maintaining stable and competitive tax policy, initiating the reversal of the unnecessary and costly Waste Emissions Charge, and introducing solutions to the dysfunctional infrastructure permitting process.
