GPA Midstream applauds the United States Senate for passing the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” continuing the legislative work to ensure the United State’s global leadership in energy production and supply. For America’s midstream companies that make up the GPA Midstream membership, Congress has taken appropriate action for maintaining stable and competitive tax policy and initiating the reversal of the unnecessary and costly Waste Emissions Charge.
Policies that unleash American energy enable midstream companies to build and operate the infrastructure needed to provide affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy to American consumers, businesses, and industry.
